This way you get all the benefits of shopping direct from our website, with all the convenience of shopping on our website. We typically use UPS. All our dresses are inspected by the manufacturer before arriving at BellaSera. But we go one step further and inspect each and every dress again before it ships out to make sure that your gorgeous gown will arrive tear, stain and odor free! In the unlikely event that a damaged dress sneaks through the checks, contact us the day you receive the dress and we’ll gladly replace the dress for you. Also, please consider that some items may not look exactly as pictured. Colors may vary lightly. However, Every effort is made to always keep the appearance of the item as pictured.

At we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment. 
Don’t want to pay by credit card? Don’t worry! We also accept payments via Money Order and Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please contact us and we’ll e-mail you the account details.

Return Policies

When buying a dress we do recommend that you measure yourself as per the guidelines of each designer. But sometimes that is just not enough, we understand! Most other special occasion wear retailers do not accept returns or exchanges on any of their dresses. At we are committed to excellent customer service and are happy to offer an exchange on your purchase if you need. 
There’s a few things you should know:

. To begin the return process you will need a return authorization number (RMA number) issued by Bella Sera. Contact Us to receive this number. 
All return packages must have the RMA number on the box. All shipments without RMA numbers will be refused.

.  You must ship the dress back to us within three (3) days of receiving the dress.

.   Make sure all the original tags are attached and the dress is unworn. We cannot accept returns of dresses that have been worn or damaged.

.  You will be given full store credit valid for six months at, on the first dress you return. This will be credited to your account and applied against your next purchase.

.  You will have to pay a flat fee for shipping and handling on the replacement dress. The fee is $40 to ship within the United States, and $80 if the shipping address is outside the United States. This fee will be deducted from your store credit. 
The restocking fee for returning shoes is 10% of the retail price.

. If you return more than one dress, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for each dress returned to us after the first dress.

. And best of all – store credit is transferable to others if you wish to do so! So if your dress did not fit and you cannot find a style you like, maybe your sister, friend, cousin or even your mother can!

.   Special order dresses and clearance dresses are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted inventory sale items.

. There will be no returns (refunds nor exchanges) accepted for any undergarments, handbags or jewelry.
